إِنَّا نُبَشِّرُكَ بِغُلَامٍ اسْمُهُ يَحْيَىٰ لَمْ نَجْعَل لَّهُ مِن قَبْلُ سَمِيًّا
The verse under consideration is from Surah Maryam ( 19:7) where Allah gave good tidings to His servant Zakaria, informing him of a son named Yahya and praised that this name was not heard of before.
As a historical fact , as a believer of Quran ,we believe it to be true. But Quran is for all the time to come and Allah has kept this verse so whole mankind will be keeping new names all the time, in whatever language, anywhere in the world.
So this verse keep on manifesting whenever and wherever some one gives the baby a new name.
As a Muslim we have all the more right to act on this verse and keep on trying new names for our young ones. After all Allah’s creativity is unbound and repetition is certainly not a creative act.
If all the persons in the world have new names there names will be there unique identity and we dont have to go into other ID systems. In digital world you easily appreciate this by unique ID number alloted to any person entering the digital world.
Keeping this in mind , a few new names are suggested and anyone is more than welcome to make new names.
