TIME  is a created entity. You can identify it as a cosmic time. It flows and is bidirectional in two axis. It is governed and it has an order. Because of this property you have the capability to manage and rule it but not in its entirety.

Because time is created, there is a place with NO-TIME. You cannot imagine how it is in no-time zone, just like while on land you don’t know how it is in depth of ocean, in fact you wont survive in no-time zone unless you take with yourself , your time , enclosed in a time capsule from which your time doesn’t escape.

Now there exist MULTI-TIME. The difference here lies in the fact that here various time exist in multiple planes and in different point of time and at different rate. Seems to be chaotic at first but actually governed by law of multiple existence. You can exist here because it is sustainable but your mind will not work here as it is usually too much hard wired to previous time line, you will have to flow with the river where it takes you with some maneuverability if you master your time here.

Again there is another NO-TIME zone but with a different property. It exists in a different plane and here the variables vertically aligned so no past or present, future, no-time, a void of time.

Then there is ANTI-TIME. All vertical and horizontal orientation goes opposite to what we see here. The beings there see it as the real time and they see our cosmic time as anti-time and to us our cosmic time is real time and thus there time as anti-time. This is the level where your existence is unwinded before you so that everyone will remember his origin , no controversy will remain , everyone will see according to his remembrance.

Out of the cosmic time , a part is given to you as your COLLECTIVE TIME, by virtue of which all humanity shares the real time experience as one, and because of which you share a common destiny.

Out of collective time, you have your INDIVIDUAL TIME which you identify as your life and all in it as your experience.

On a similar level our universe, earth and its different region take there time from cosmic time although in a different axis than ours.

The relativity rule you observe is nothing but creation of time at different levels and planes as described. Each time level is absolute in itself, but when you observe it from within your individual time you are forced to give it a description in term of relativity.
