THE PRECISION
Allah created all the worlds and you can see order and precision, the fineness of creation in every detail, everywhere. And that’s the way Allah has taught you, to be precise, no wastage, no collateral damage.
| وَحُشِرَ لِسُلَيْمَانَ جُنُودُهُ مِنَ الْجِنِّ وَالْإِنسِ وَالطَّيْرِ فَهُمْ يُوزَعُونَ [٢٧:١٧]
And before Solomon were marshaled his hosts,- of Jinns and men and birds, and they were all kept in order and ranks.حَتَّىٰ إِذَا أَتَوْا عَلَىٰ وَادِ النَّمْلِ قَالَتْ نَمْلَةٌ يَا أَيُّهَا النَّمْلُ ادْخُلُوا مَسَاكِنَكُمْ لَا يَحْطِمَنَّكُمْ سُلَيْمَانُ وَجُنُودُهُ وَهُمْ لَا يَشْعُرُونَ [٢٧:١٨] At length, when they came to a (lowly) valley of ants, one of the ants said: “O ye ants, get into your habitations, lest Solomon and his hosts crush you (under foot) without knowing it.”فَتَبَسَّمَ ضَاحِكًا مِّن قَوْلِهَا وَقَالَ رَبِّ أَوْزِعْنِي أَنْ أَشْكُرَ نِعْمَتَكَ الَّتِي أَنْعَمْتَ عَلَيَّ وَعَلَىٰ وَالِدَيَّ وَأَنْ أَعْمَلَ صَالِحًا تَرْضَاهُ وَأَدْخِلْنِي بِرَحْمَتِكَ فِي عِبَادِكَ الصَّالِحِينَ [٢٧:١٩] So he smiled, amused at her speech; and he said: “O my Lord! so order me that I may be grateful for Thy favors, which thou hast bestowed on me and on my parents, and that I may work the righteousness that will please Thee: And admit me, by Thy Grace, to the ranks of Thy righteous Servants.”

The largest Muslim empire belonged to Prophet Suleiman. Quran tell us that when he was flying he heard the ants. Ants were running and hiding. And for this he thanked Allah.
So you see this should be approach of a Muslim. A Muslim should be able to hear and see the size of an ant while flying high above and thus should be able to hit such a small target with precision without harming the surroundings. If Allah gives you power he asks you to be responsible. Remember law of qisas i.e. a soul for a soul. Killing by mistake is an offence in Islam. If you have the power to fly and hit the targets, aimlessly dropping the weapons or shooting destroy much more what is required. In fact you are not being grateful to Allah rather you are being reckless and cruel. You will be asked about every habitat you destroyed and every soul killed unnecessary as a collateral damage.
Now assess yourself as a nation. Where do you stand? The more precise your hits are, the more precise your targets, likely you are acting in a more Islamic way.
But it’s a sad state of affairs. Nowadays muslim states are far from Islamic precision. So much so that an airplane can be mistaken for a missile, multiple missiles are fired and mass killing with suicidal bombs are happening. Repent, turn to Quran, and follow the ways of Prophet as taught to you.
